These Terms govern your use of Tend (the "app"), published by pudico. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use Tend on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the app-store terms you agreed to.
Tend is a wellness and relaxation app provided for general informational purposes only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not a substitute for professional care. If you are experiencing distress, or a medical or mental-health emergency, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.
You agree not to misuse the app, reverse-engineer it except as permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The app, its content, and its brand are owned by the developer and protected by applicable law.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
